These terms apply to consultations and treatments provided by New Aesthetics at our Chelmsford and Maldon clinics, and to use of this website.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age.

Consultation and consent

Every new client begins with a thorough consultation. Where appropriate, we carry out a patch test and allow a cooling-off period before any treatment goes ahead, so you have time to make a considered decision. Your medical history is reviewed at consultation and treatments are tailored or adjusted where needed to keep you safe. We may decline or postpone treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. Where required, treatments are prescribed by an independent prescriber following a face-to-face consultation.

Results

Results vary from person to person. Suitability confirmed at consultation. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Information on this website is general and does not replace a personal consultation.

Aftercare and complications

Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge. Please follow the aftercare guidance you are given and contact us on 07457 414718 if you have any concerns.

Prices, deposits and cancellations

Prices are confirmed at consultation. Deposit and cancellation policy: Not Provided; please ask the clinic for current terms when booking.

Fully insured for aesthetic treatments with Policy Bee.
