When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred clinic, treatment of interest and any message you choose to send. If you become a client, we also record information needed to provide safe treatment, including your medical history, consent forms and treatment notes. To respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and appointments, provide treatment and aftercare safely, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information, and we will only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.
