Every new client begins with a thorough consultation. Where appropriate, we carry out a patch test and allow a cooling-off period before any treatment goes ahead, so you have time to make a considered decision.
Free complication care
Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge.

Local skin concerns
Common concerns
in Danbury
Sun and wind exposure
Days spent outdoors around Danbury and its country park and commons, walking, gardening, on the water or simply enjoying the Essex countryside, add up. Cumulative sun exposure is one of the main contributors to dullness, uneven tone and fine lines, and wind can leave skin feeling dry and tight. Skin boosters, medical-grade facials and microneedling focus on skin quality, and Rae will always talk you through daily sun protection as part of your plan.
Seasonal changes
The East of England's cold, dry winters and central heating can strip moisture from the skin, while summer brings more sun. Hydration-focused treatments such as Profhilo or Seventy Hyal, together with the right home-care, help skin stay comfortable through the year. Rae can suggest sensible timing for treatments around the seasons and your plans.
Busy lives, tired-looking skin
Many clients from Danbury balance work, commuting and family life. Late nights, screen time and stress can show up as dehydrated, lacklustre skin or lines that make you look more tired than you feel. A subtle, well-planned treatment, or simply a better skincare routine, can help you look as rested as you'd like to feel.
Our process
Five considered steps
Step 1 – Get in touch
Call 07457 414718 or send the enquiry form. Tell Rae what you'd like to change, or simply that you'd like advice. You'll be offered a consultation at the Chelmsford or Maldon clinic.
Step 2 – Consultation
A thorough, unhurried conversation about your goals, lifestyle and medical history. Rae assesses your skin and features, explains the options honestly, including when a treatment isn't the right choice, and a patch test is carried out where appropriate. Where required, treatments are prescribed by an independent prescriber following a face-to-face consultation.
Step 3 – Cooling-off period
Before any treatment goes ahead, you'll have time to reflect. There's no pressure to book on the day. This is especially important for first-time clients, so every decision is a considered one.
Step 4 – Treatment
Your treatment is carried out in a calm clinical setting, following the plan agreed at consultation. Rae talks you through each stage so you know exactly what's happening.
Step 5 – Aftercare & review
Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge. You'll receive clear aftercare guidance, and can contact the clinic with any questions afterwards.
