Overview

What is seventy hyal?

What it is

Seventy Hyal is an injectable skin booster based on hyaluronic acid. It's designed to hydrate the skin, supporting a smoother, more radiant and dewy appearance.

Who it's for

It suits adults with dehydrated, dull or tired-looking skin who want better skin quality rather than added volume.

When to consider it

Clients often consider Seventy Hyal when skin feels tight or looks lacklustre despite a good skincare routine, or as part of a long-term skin plan.

Why expertise matters

Skin boosters must be placed correctly and suited to your skin. A consultation ensures the treatment matches your concerns and medical history.

Before you book

Common mistakes
to avoid

Hydration treatments work best with realistic expectations and consistent care.

Expecting volume

Seventy Hyal is about hydration and skin quality, not shaping or lifting.

Skipping the course

A course is usually recommended to see the full benefit.

Forgetting sun protection

Daily SPF helps protect skin health between treatments.

Our process

Five considered steps

Step 1 – Get in touch

Call 07457 414718 or send the enquiry form. Tell Rae what you'd like to change, or simply that you'd like advice. You'll be offered a consultation at the Chelmsford or Maldon clinic.

Step 2 – Consultation

A thorough, unhurried conversation about your goals, lifestyle and medical history. Rae assesses your skin and features, explains the options honestly, including when a treatment isn't the right choice, and a patch test is carried out where appropriate. Where required, treatments are prescribed by an independent prescriber following a face-to-face consultation.

Step 3 – Cooling-off period

Before any treatment goes ahead, you'll have time to reflect. There's no pressure to book on the day. This is especially important for first-time clients, so every decision is a considered one.

Step 4 – Treatment

Your treatment is carried out in a calm clinical setting, following the plan agreed at consultation. Rae talks you through each stage so you know exactly what's happening.

Step 5 – Aftercare & review

Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge. You'll receive clear aftercare guidance, and can contact the clinic with any questions afterwards.

In detail

Skin Booster – Seventy Hyal:
what to know

How Seventy Hyal treatment is typically delivered.

Treatment technique

The product is placed in small amounts across the treatment area to distribute hydration evenly.

Course of treatment

A course of sessions is common, followed by maintenance. Rae recommends a plan based on your skin.

Seventy Hyal or Profhilo?

Both are hyaluronic acid skin boosters with different characteristics. Rae will explain the differences and recommend the one best suited to your skin at consultation.

After treatment

Small bumps or mild redness can occur at injection points and usually settle. You'll receive aftercare guidance.

Preparing for treatment

Safety, suitability
and what to expect

Before your consultation

Make a note of any medical conditions, medicines, supplements and allergies, plus any previous aesthetic treatments and when you had them. This helps Rae review your medical history accurately and tailor, or, where needed, adjust, your plan to keep you safe. If you have an important event coming up, mention it so treatment can be timed sensibly.

Questions worth asking

What result is realistic for me? How many sessions might I need? What does aftercare involve, and who do I contact if something doesn't feel right? A good practitioner welcomes these questions. Rae will answer them openly and will tell you if a treatment isn't the right choice for you.

On the day

Arrive with a clean face where possible and allow time to go through consent and any final questions. Nothing goes ahead until you're comfortable, and first-time clients will already have had a cooling-off period since their consultation.
